Scope of Services. Through this Site, Alamood Site Services markets and arranges Commercial Excavation, Industrial Excavation, Agricultural Excavation, Land Clearing Services, Gravel Lot Repair, Brush Clearing Services. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.

Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.

Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to Alamood Site Services and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.

Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.

End of Use. Alamood Site Services may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

As-Is Basis. https://alamoodsiteservices.com is provided on an "as is" basis. Alamood Site Services makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alamood Site Services's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Alamood Site Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alamood Site Services from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under MI law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in MI for any related dispute.

Term Changes. Alamood Site Services may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
